Here you have the link to download the book " First Certificate Language Practice" by Michael Vince. It's an old edition but it's useful. You have grammar and vocabulary exercises.
As regards grammar, you can do up to unit 9 as we have already dealt with those topics. Try to do the exercises and, at the end of the book, you have the keys.  If you have any problem to download the book, let me know!
